An expert in the field of crisis management and business continuity. Former Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Defense, and Director General of the Home Front Defense Ministry during its early years. During his service in these ministries, Alon led many strategic projects, including formulating the Homefront resilience doctrine, designing of the National Command & Control methodology, strengthening the fortifications of the Surround Gaza area, the establishment of Israeli NEMA (National Emergency Management Authority RHL) and many others. In recent years, alongside the founding and management of Elements, Alon has been a partner in establishing several ventures and startups and held the position of VP Business Development & Sales at GenCell , a company which manufactures and markets fuel cells.
