Claudia Stein is the Founder and CEO of Arya, an innovative and private online training platform designed specifically for Jewish community organisations to deliver and scale situational awareness training to their professional staff and community members. Before establishing Arya, Claudia had the privilege of gaining diverse personal and professional experiences across three countries: Australia, Canada, and the United States. These experiences have provided her with well-rounded and deep knowledge in strategic and operational protection requirements. She has journeyed from being a community security volunteer since the age of 18, to an instructor of various disciplines, to a community professional, and now a business owner. This unique path has given her a valuable lens through which she identifies our collective strengths and challenges. Arya is the culmination of these experiences, dedicated to our collective community security preparedness, confidence, and resilience.
