Tomer is the founder and executive director of Fighting Online Antisemitism. Tomer lectures regarding cyberhate and various methods of monitoring online antisemitism.
Tomer previously served as a Jewish Agency Representative in NY, USA (Schenectady JCC, 2015), and as the head of “Israeli Students Combating Antisemitism”, an Israeli students’ program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Union of Israeli Students (2017-2018).
